You MUST strength train to lose weight and body fat.  Yes, I am talking to ALL WOMEN.  You are NOT going to "get too big"  In fact, it's extremely difficult to get big and it's certainly not going to happen without some additional chemical help if you know what I mean.

Studies show that strength training plays a critical role in achieving maximum health benefits and weight loss success. Of course it's imperative that you clean up your diet by eliminating processed foods and sugars, curtailing alcohol and caffeine consumption and adding a serving lean organic farm/pasture raised protein to each meal and snack. For real results though, combining this with a personalized, dynamic strength and cardiovascular training routine, will catapult you into weight loss/body fat reduction success. You see, lean muscle mass burns calories all day long well after you have left the gym.  Fat doesn't burn anything.  The more lean muscle mass you have, the more metabolically active tissue you possess.  Your metabolism actually gets a boost and you can start to kiss some body fat good bye!
